FaceFormer Therapy

The FaceFormer therapy developed by Dr Klaus Berndsen and Sabine Berndsen at ISST has been known worldwide since 2000 and is used internationally. FaceFormer therapy is cause-orientated and holistic. Regular FaceFormer training effectively influences the interactive functions and tension of tissue, muscles and skin in the mouth, face, head, neck and back regions. It strengthens and harmonises muscle functions that are particularly important for chewing, swallowing, speaking, breathing, tooth position, facial expressions and skin tension. Nasal breathing is optimised and habituated.
